City West Projects Ltd are a family run business based in Selby, North Yorkshire. We have a nationwide client base, and are more than happy to travel the country to provide any Building and Maintenance Services. Our dedicated City West team below make this possible.
Abigail
Abigail is our Operations Director and has a wealth of experience within the FM & Project Management industry. Abigail takes full control of all Operational and Health & Safety matters at City West, and has brought a more productive structure across the business.
Charlotte
Charlotte is our Project Coordinator - she liaises with Steve and our engineers to resource labour and materials so that all projects are ran smoothly and to agreed time scales. She also manages cost control of each project, including mileage and expenses for the rest of the team. Charlotte is also known as the technical guru in the office, controlling our social media outlets and website.
Steve
Steve is our Project Director - with over 30 years of experience in the industry (13 of those being with us), he oversees all of the quoting and specifications for each project to our client's exacting standards. Steve's role currently keeps him out of the office, travelling the length and breadth of the country.
John
In John's first year of working at City West, he has shown versatility in his abilities throughout each sector of City West, from joinery to plumbing, and is our favoured timber and plastic window installer.
Joel
Joel is our Electrical Supervisor & On-Site Manager. He ensures that the teams on site are working to our clients' high expectations and adhering to our Health & Safety standards. Joel is also our fully qualified Electrician and has been with us from the very start, alongside Steve.
Danny
Danny has worked for City West for 7 years, and is our Multi Skilled Improver. Danny completed his apprenticeship in 2016 and has been gaining on the job knowledge ever since.
Paul
Paul is our Flooring Manager. He joins us after directing his own flooring company for 35 years, and prior to that he was part of a carpet company for 5 years - his 40 years experience of commercial and domestic flooring skills are a huge benefit to City West, as we can offer carpet fitting, vinyl flooring, wood floors, LVT and many other flooring services of a high standard to our clients.
